Fast Facts: For the first time in the history of ARCA’s national tour, Lime Rock Park will host a round of the series this Saturday. The event marks the return of stock car racing to the circuit, which served as a mainstay of the ARCA East (then Busch North Series) calendar from 1993 to 2010. Names on the entry list with extensive Lime Rock experience in the Trans Am series include Brent Crews, who will be competing for Joe Gibbs Racing, and Thomas Annunziata, who finished second in TA2 last month with Nitro Motorsports—the same team he’ll compete with this weekend, and the group acquiring Venturini Motorsports at the end of the season.
